Our warehouse located in China,CA USA and NJ USA.

1.Please list your special requests (color, packages, value of declaration, etc.) in the REMARKS when you make the payment. The processing time for a specific order varies with the product type and stock status. Mostly, processing time can be 3 to 15 working days upon receipt of payment.

2).Any items you order shall be only shipped after your payment confirmed by the Third Party (Bank ) We ship the item for customers through Fedex Groud(ship from USA warehouse only to USA mainland),Air Freight and Sea shipping,which can only update when package reached your country and then dispatch by Fedex,UPS,DPD,Royal mail or other logistis.

3).You will be notified by email with the tracking number once your package be shipped out. Delivery time shall based on different countries or regions around the world.

4).As for the delivery destinations smoothly,your address must be confirmed, wee cannot send parcels to the following address in USA,Puerto Rico, Virgin Lslands, 966-969 Hawaii,Guam and Alaska,we also do not accept any PO BOX address.

Return & Exchange:

1.We can refund you money ro send you replacement If we send the wrong style or the wrong color,but damaged merchandise or missing components is not refundable.

2.We can also accept your return If the items can`t match your need. but the courier service freight should be paid by buyer,and item should be as new as we ship them out.
